Personal Projects and Things I'm Proud Of

None of these were required. All of them were worth it.

• Nudge
A Mac app that lives on the edge of my screen, keeps my tasks moving and hands some of them to Claude in the background.
• Topbin
We record Thursday football, track it and watch it back in the pub. Every goal, kept forever.
• PETL Studio
The studio app for PETL, Morgan and Maya's wedding flower studio. Couples, their six stage journey, and a Today page for what's coming up.
• Jake's Books
My bookshelf, online. 162 books so far, cover by cover. Slower than 500 pages a day, but getting there.
• Floor Plan 3D
A Sims style 3D model of my house. Morgan and I send the furniture, Claude places it. Comes with a scroll through walkthrough.
• Stutiyi
A coconut water brand from a trip to Sri Lanka. Decks, mockups and a go to market plan. Never launched. Building it is where I first used AI tools, and where Meshed started.
